Current issue – NEW WORLD SPRING 2011

The Spring 2011 issue of UNA-UK’s flagship magazine features an exclusive article by UK Foreign Secretary William Hague, who writes about his time as a young UNA-UK member in Wath-on-Dearne.

In the cover story, New World’s editor wonders whether the world can handle further population growth, and in ‘Talking Points’, we feature an analysis of what we got and what we didn’t get from the climate conference in Cancun last December.

Other contributors include Des Browne (former UK Defence Secretary), Abiodun Williams (US Institute of Peace), Laura Padoan (UN Refugee Agency), Haji Saghir Alam (Action on Disability and Development International), David Hannay (UNA-UK Chair) and Marianna Franco (ACTED in Haiti).
